Custom Lithium Battery Pack Manufacturer in Shenzhen, China
Shenzhen Jetray Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures custom lithium battery packs for equipment makers: lithium-ion, LiFePO4, lithium polymer and energy storage packs built to a confirmed specification — your voltage, capacity, BMS, enclosure and connectors.

Custom packs for the equipment you build
A custom lithium battery pack starts from your device, not from a catalogue. Jetray Technology builds packs for medical and industrial equipment, robots and AGVs, light electric vehicles, portable devices and energy storage systems. Standard configurations from our documented range can be adapted, or a pack can be designed from a blank specification: cell selection, series/parallel configuration, protection and battery management, enclosure and lead/connector layout are all set per project and confirmed in writing before samples are made.
What we build
- Custom battery packs across lithium-ion, LiFePO4, polymer and primary chemistries
- Custom lithium ion battery packs from 18650 and 21700 cells, from single-cell 3.6V packs to 48V-class configurations
- LiFePO4 batteries in 12V and 24V series, plus lead-acid replacement batteries
- Lithium polymer batteries and coin cell batteries for compact devices
- Energy storage batteries, including 51.2V wall-mounted and rack-style units
How a custom pack project runs
- 1. Requirements. You send the device and application, available space, voltage, capacity, current, operating environment and target market.
- 2. Evaluation. We evaluate cell selection, series/parallel configuration, protection and management circuitry, structure and communication options against those requirements.
- 3. Specification and samples. Samples are developed after the specification and drawings are confirmed.
- 4. Verification. Samples are verified against the agreed test items, and the documentation needed for your target market is checked.
- 5. Production. Production, packaging, quantities, delivery and acceptance conditions are confirmed for the order.
Built around your requirements
Cells can be selected from established cell makers — our published sourcing list includes Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Molicel, Murata, EVE and BAK for lithium-ion, and EVE and Great Power for LiFePO4. Battery management options cover charge/discharge management and SOC/SOH monitoring, with communication options including Bluetooth, WiFi, CAN bus and RS485 evaluated per project. Enclosures range from heat-shrink covering to injection-molded housings and soft-pack structures. Options are confirmed in the project specification; not every model carries every option.
Quality and documents
Jetray Technology is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise. For product documents, UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents can be confirmed and provided for specific models — tell us the model you are buying and we will confirm which documents cover it. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I spec a custom lithium battery pack for my device?
Start with five inputs: the device and application, the available space (or a drawing), the target voltage, the capacity you need, and the continuous and peak current. Add the operating environment and your target market. Our guide to specifying a custom pack walks through each input, or send what you have to our design team and we will work through the rest with you.
What do you need from us to quote a custom pack?
The same inputs as above, plus estimated quantities. With voltage, capacity, current, space and quantity we can evaluate cell selection and configuration and return a quotation against a draft specification. Drawings or a sample of an existing pack speed this up, but a clear written brief is enough to start.
Can you build packs to our voltage, capacity and BMS requirements?
Yes — that is the core of the work. Pack voltage is set by the series configuration, capacity by the cell choice and parallel count, and the BMS is matched to your charge/discharge profile, with communication and monitoring options confirmed in the specification.
Tell us about your battery project
Send your device requirements — voltage, capacity, current, space and quantity — and our engineering team will evaluate cell selection, configuration and battery management against them.
