Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering and MOQ
Minimum order quantity depends on the product family, not on a single company-wide rule. Coin cells start at 4,000 pieces. Energy storage products can be ordered in small quantities, even a few units. For a custom battery pack, the MOQ is confirmed against your model and quantity. Send the device details and the volume you plan to order, and we will state the MOQ that applies to that build.
What is the MOQ for custom packs and coin cells?
Coin cells start at 4,000 pieces. Energy storage products can be ordered in small quantities, even a few units. For custom packs, MOQ depends on the product, so tell us the model and quantity you plan to order and we will confirm the figure for that configuration. MOQ is set per project because cell selection, protection circuitry and structure all change with the design.
Samples and lead time
Lead time depends on whether the item is already built. Items held in stock ship without waiting for production. Custom battery packs usually take 1-2 months. Sample timing is confirmed per project after the specification is approved, so the schedule you receive matches your design rather than a generic estimate.
Samples are developed after the specification and drawings are confirmed. Before that point, the project team evaluates cell selection, series/parallel configuration, protection and management circuitry, structure and communication options. The approved specification is what the sample is built and verified against.
How long do samples and mass production take?
Items held in stock ship without waiting for production. Custom battery packs usually take 1-2 months. Sample timing is confirmed per project after the specification is approved, because the sample schedule depends on the configuration and the test items agreed for your target market. Production timing then follows the confirmed quantities, packaging and delivery conditions.
Documents and certification
UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents can be confirmed and provided for specific models. Tell us the model you are buying and we will confirm which documents cover it. Documentation is checked against the requirements of the target market during sample verification, so any gap is identified before production rather than after shipment.
The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and holds National High-Tech Enterprise status. Documentation requests are handled model by model because test coverage differs between configurations.
Which documents can you provide for a model?
UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents can be confirmed and provided for specific models. Tell us the model you are buying and we will confirm which documents cover it. Because coverage differs between configurations, the answer is given for the exact model on your order rather than as a general list.
Warranty
Warranty terms are confirmed for the specific model, the usage conditions and the terms agreed by both sides. There is no single warranty period that applies across every pack, because a coin cell, a custom pack and an energy storage product are used and charged in different ways. Warranty is written into the project terms before production.
What warranty terms apply?
Warranty terms are confirmed for the specific model, the usage conditions and the terms agreed by both sides. Usage conditions matter because charge and discharge behaviour, environment and duty cycle differ between applications. The applicable terms are agreed with you and recorded with the project, so both sides work from the same document.
Working with us
Custom work starts from your device, not from a catalogue. The first project step collects the device, application, available space, voltage, capacity, current, environment and target-market requirements. From there, the team evaluates cell selection, series/parallel configuration, protection and management circuitry, structure and communication options, and writes the specification.
Samples are then developed against confirmed specifications and drawings, verified against the agreed test items, and checked for the documentation your target market needs. The final step confirms production, packaging, quantities, delivery and acceptance conditions. This five-step flow applies to custom battery solutions across product types, and it is how a drawing becomes a delivered pack.
Our coin cell batteries follow the same ordering path, with their own MOQ position and model-level documentation. To start a project, contact us with your requirements and the quantity you have in mind.
Can you build a pack from our drawing?
Yes. Packs are built to confirmed specifications and drawings through the five project steps. We review your drawing together with the device, space, voltage, capacity, current and environment requirements, confirm the specification, then develop samples against it. Production follows only after the sample is verified against the agreed test items.
Do you ship internationally?
Lithium batteries ship under dangerous-goods documentation. Shipping arrangements are confirmed per order, because the documentation and transport method depend on the pack configuration and the destination. When you place an order, the shipping arrangements are agreed with you as part of the delivery and acceptance conditions confirmed in the final project step.
Tell us about your battery project
Send your device requirements — voltage, capacity, current, space and quantity — and our engineering team will evaluate cell selection, configuration and battery management against them.
